The Collaborative

Capella Tower has The Collaborative space that is available to all tenants. the training rooms are available for reservation at competitive rates. The Collaborative consists of two large training rooms that can be combined as one large room with a maximum capacity of 180 persons. The Collaborative has two boardrooms each with a maximum capacity of 10 people. The Collaborative also has two huddle rooms that are available at a first come first reserve basis. Each room is equipped with state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment. 

The Collaborative Hospitality bar & Lounge is available for reservations from 3 pm - 8 pm. 

the Gameroom/golf simulator is available for 60-, 90-, and 120-minute reservations.
